OUR MISSION

Neurotyping is an added skill-set in Tom's coaching arsenal to better understand you and your body in its uniqueness. The concept of neurotyping was created by Coach Christian Thibaudeau. The aim is to use your individual neurological profile to better design your optimal training, nutrition, and lifestyle plan.

Qualified coaches, like Tom, can use a personality assessment to evaluate your brain's chemistry traits and advise on the plan best suited for your body to achieve the results you desire.
